I offer person-centred counselling to support individuals and couples in navigating life’s challenges with clarity, compassion and respect. My approach
is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly
heard and understood.
I have a special interest in relationship
counselling (individual and couples therapy) and have completed Gottman Method Level 2 Training and study majors in Relationship Counselling & Conflict Resolution and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. These areas help me support clients in strengthening connections, improving communication and addressing unhelpful patterns in a constructive way.
Originally from Hungary, I lived in London for several years before moving to Australia. Having experienced life across different cultures, I understand the unique challenges faced by people from culturally and
linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds — including adjusting to new environments, navigating communication styles and managing cultural differences. I strive to offer a culturally safe space where clients feel
respected, valued and supported.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years in the corporate world as an Executive Assistant and in the advertising industry.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a hairdresser, engaging in countless hours of one-on-one conversations. This blend of corporate insight, customer service experience and cross-cultural perspective enables me to connect deeply with clients from all walks of life.
I created Equanimous Mind Works as a warm, grounded space where people can slow down, catch their breath, begin to untangle thoughts and patterns that no longer serve them and reconnect with what matters the most. Whether it’s reducing anxiety, navigating relationships or finding support
through life’s transitions, my goal is to make counselling feel supportive, practical and even a little joyful.
I believe in the power of mindfulness, the importance of compassion and that everyone deserves to live with greater ease, clarity and
connection.
I'm currently offering individual sessions online Australia wide and in person at Coomera on the Gold Coast.
Couples counselling available in person at Coomera on the Gold Coast.
