Heather is an experienced Counsellor, Coach and Clinical EFT Practitioner with a BA (Sociology & Social Policy), Diploma of Counselling and over 20 years experience in the wellness field.
Heather offers a holistic, person-centred approach working with a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (Clinical EFT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
Trauma informed with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, anxiety and stress reduction, Heather works with adults of all ages on a range of issues.
Heather is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve a deep sense of calm, clarity and self-trust as they work to overcome personal challenges. Sessions available both in-person and online.
