Life happens to us all and it is ok to not be ok. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your challenges and grow through them.

I work with anxiety, low mood, life transition stress, grief & loss, and relationship concerns. I also specialise in working with individuals with body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorders, as well as their carers and loved ones.

I adopt a "you"-led, strengths-based approach and flexibly integrate mindfulness, acceptance, cognitive reframing and behaviour changes, and solutions-focused therapy to suit you and your needs. 

I offer individual and group counselling online Australia-wide. In-person sessions may also be available on request. Session times, duration, and frequency are flexible to best support you and your journey.
